Yes. Creating a profile, browsing, likes and chatting with matches are free. You can also start 3 new conversations a day without a match. VIP is optional and costs from 1,49 €.

No. VIP is a one-time payment for a fixed period (3, 7, 14 or 30 days). There is no subscription or auto-renewal.

Only people aged 18 or older. Each person or couple may have one account.

No. We use your email only for logging in and sending forgotten-password links. It is never shown on your profile or to other users, and we never send ads or spam.

Public photos are visible to all users once a moderator has approved them. Photos marked private are visible only to your matches.

Yes. Messages and photos sent in chat are encrypted on your device before sending – not even our staff can read them. Messages are deleted automatically after 14 days at the latest.

You can chat without limits with your matches (mutual likes). You can also start 3 new conversations a day without a match, if the other person’s message settings allow it.

There is a “Report” button on profiles and in chat. Moderators review reports and can close accounts. You can also block an unwanted user immediately.

Yes. You can install Meeldid on your phone’s home screen straight from the browser – no app store needed. The installed app can also send you notifications about new messages.

Tap “Forgot your password?” on the login page and we will email you a link to set a new password.

Account settings has a “Delete account” button. Your account, photos and messages are deleted permanently.
